By creating an account or using the RadiantOS platform (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RadiantOS provides remote monitoring & management, professional services automation, backup, and credential vault features to Managed Service Providers. Specific included features depend on your active subscription plan.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials, for the actions of any user you invite into your tenant, and for complying with the end-customer obligations under our Data Processing Agreement.
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, to disrupt other tenants, to abuse the agent transport for traffic unrelated to managed devices, or to circumvent billing controls.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. Usage-based components (agents, storage) are metered and billed in arrears on the next cycle. Taxes are calculated at invoice time where applicable.
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data remains available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it is deleted per our Data Processing Agreement.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event will RadiantOS's aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We will notify tenant owners by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
